Our Story
Founded in 2018, B's Dining began as a small family-owned restaurant with a simple mission: to bring the diverse flavors of Cameroon to Buea in an elegant, welcoming setting. What started as a humble eatery has now become one of the city's most celebrated dining destinations.
Our founder, Beatrice Ngome, grew up learning traditional recipes from her grandmother in the rural villages of Cameroon. She combined this knowledge with formal culinary training abroad to create a unique fusion of authentic flavors and contemporary techniques.

Meet Our Chef
Executive Chef Justus Zong brings over 15 years of international experience to B's Dining. After training in Paris and working in top restaurants in Douala, Chef Janvier has developed a style that honors traditional Cameroonian cuisine while adding creative contemporary touches.
His seasonal menus reflect the diversity of Cameroon's regions, from the coastal seafood dishes to the hearty mountain stews of the West.
